A must read for every parent today

This is a must read for every modern parent. Often we don't even realize what is happening and miss obvious or subtle signs of cyberbullying that can affect not only our children but our communities as a whole. This book helps you navigate in this complicated world and offers some practical solutions, too. I highly recommend it.

Setting Boundaries

I like the part of the book on setting boundaries where the book encourages us to create tech-free zones in your home, such as the dinner table or bedrooms, and designate times for unplugging, like an hour before bed. These breaks allow our child to disconnect from the noise of the online world and focus on real-life connections. You might say, “Let’s make dinner our time to catch up, without phones or screens. This is our moment to be together.” These boundaries protect their mental health and reinforce the importance of balance in their lives. This i think is a must have so that thry can open up when they are offline and to unwind as suggest

A Very Interesting and Timely Book

A very interesting book with some deep insights and fantastic writing, but could have benefitted from an improved presentation through visuals or illustrations to help break up the text. Otherwise, great read!
